Refund & Cancellation Policy – CA Wonders
At CA Wonders, all purchases made on our website are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed, except as expressly stated below. No refunds shall be provided under any circumstances including, but not limited to, change of mind, dissatisfaction, incorrect purchase, technical issues, personal reasons, or delay in usage. A limited exception applies only to select products that have a delivery timeline exceeding 24 (twenty-four) hours. For such eligible products, cancellation requests may be accepted strictly within 2 (two) hours from the time of successful payment. Any request raised after this 2-hour window shall not be entertained, irrespective of the reason. The 2-Hour Cancellation Policy is NOT applicable to products with delivery timelines of 24 hours or less. All products delivered within 24 hours, including but not limited to digital products, recorded or live lectures, digital books, test series, mock tests, study material, downloadable content, or instant access services, are completely non-refundable and non-cancellable under all circumstances. In cases where lectures, services, or physical books have an expected delivery period exceeding 24 hours, CA Wonders reserves the right to process cancellation only if the request is made within the stipulated 2-hour window and before dispatch or access is granted. Once the applicable cancellation window has expired, the transaction shall be deemed final, binding, and irreversible. By placing an order on CA Wonders, the user expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in its entirety.
